When I lived in Northern California in the Sonoma County region, I used to frequent this little, hole-in-the-wall wine bar. This little place which would serve the richest, sumptuous charcuterie boards to complement the wines.
Northern California has a robust agricultural industry and rich culinary heritage. Here the most magnificent dishes are created under the magical touch of professional chefs and amazing restaurants. Some of the best food in the world is created in Napa and Sonoma Valley.
Thinking back to my days living and traveling through Sonoma and Napa Valley, I’m reminded of the intense sun, fields of vineyards, and Chateaus on the hilltops where you sample wines. I used to love going to the spa to get a massage and then stop by one of the local, farm-to-table restaurants. It’s a place you definitely want to go at some point.
But, in the meantime, here’s a ‘Wine Country Cheese Plate’ that’s easy to prepare, is mouthwateringly good, and is in honor of Napa Valley.

How to Make a Charcuterie/Cheese Board
First, be sure to use a large, wood board for serving. Amazon has some excellent, High-quality Charcuterie Boards.
I love this Acacia Charcuterie Board. It’s long and has plenty of room for plenty of meats and cheese.
It also allows for more space on the dining room table due to its elongated shape.
